Referral partners
For firms that already work with small UK recruitment agencies: accountants, coaches, lawyers, marketers and CRM consultants. If a client tells you a weekly job is eating the director’s time, you can pass on our address. If they sign up, we pay you a fee, once, and their quote says so.
Who fits
Firms whose clients are small recruitment agencies, and who’d rather not sell anything for us.
- Accountants and bookkeepers who work with agencies.
- Coaches and trainers for agency owners.
- Employment and contract lawyers.
- Marketing agencies that work for recruiters.
- CRM and recruitment software consultants.
- Insurers, brokers and invoice funders.
If you build AI tools or automation for agencies yourself, we’d be after the same work, so this isn’t a fit.
What you’d refer
One job: the kind a director does every week and wishes they didn’t.
Examples of a single job. Not client results.
- Candidates who’ve gone quiet. A list each morning of candidates who haven’t replied in the time you set, with a chaser drafted for each. You decide in the scope whether it sends or waits for you.
- Business development research. A weekly list of firms that match what you look for, with why each one made the list and where the details came from.
- Replies you’d otherwise miss. When a candidate or client replies, you get a message on your phone saying who it was, and any follow-up to them stops.
We set the job up in the client’s own email and systems. We don’t do accounts, websites, marketing, CRM set-up or funding, so we’re not after the work you do for them.
How an introduction works
No personal details pass from you to us. Your client gets in touch themselves.
- Pass on our address. Give your client info@chancelry.com, or point them to the form on our homepage. That’s all you need to do.
- Or introduce us. If your client is happy for you to, send one email to info@chancelry.com with them copied in.
- We take it from there. We reply to your client by email, write the job down with them and quote it. You don’t need to follow it up.
- It counts for 12 months. If your client signs up within 12 months of your introduction, the fee is yours. An email of ours they never answered doesn’t count against you. An agency already talking to us about a job when your introduction arrives isn’t a new introduction.
The fee
A fee on the build fee your client pays us. We tell you the rate in writing before you introduce anyone.
- Once. On the build only. Nothing on monthly fees.
- From money that has arrived. We pay you 30 days after your client’s build payment clears. If they’re refunded before then, no fee is due.
- Nothing to join. No cost and no target. Either of us can stop by email, and a fee already earned is still paid.
Your client is told
Nothing about the fee is kept from your client.
Every quote to a client you introduced names you, says you’ll be paid a fee on the build, states the amount and asks your client to sign to confirm they know and agree.
If your own professional rules mean you can’t keep a fee, you can turn it down or pass it on to your client.
What you don’t do
- You don’t quote, promise results or agree anything for us. You introduce, and that’s all.
- You never send us names, lists, spreadsheets or files.
- You don’t see your client’s systems or anything we set up for them.
